The Boston Celtics are headed to the Eastern Conference Finals after defeating the Miami Heat 104-103 in a thrilling Game 6 on Friday night. Derrick White's tip-in with just seconds remaining gave the Celtics the victory and forced a Game 7 in the series.
The Celtics trailed by 10 points in the fourth quarter, but they rallied to tie the game with just over two minutes remaining. White's tip-in came after a miss by Jayson Tatum.
Jimmy Butler led the Heat with 28 points, but he was held to just 10 points in the second half. Bam Adebayo added 21 points and 10 rebounds, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Celtics' late surge.
The Celtics will now face the Milwaukee Bucks in the Eastern Conference Finals. Game 1 of the series will be on Tuesday night in Boston.
